TERTIARY CAMP

okay i've got to stop myself from posting msgs.
first day was FUN ! second day was FUNNER !
i don't think i need to say how was the third day. ;)

on the first day, everyone was made to carry a fresh egg
around for until eight in the evening,
making sure it doesn't break or anything.
at first it was quite a burden
like so TROUBLESOME ! grr.
but after awhile, everyone became attatched to it !
isn't it amazing to develop feelings for an egg ??
i broke mine during the treasure hunt,
when i was THIS near to the final clue !
it was just one level above me BUT i had to smash the egg.
-rollseyes so freaking pissed ! then my group got last.
but i didn't bear to throw it away so i put it in a cup.
oh well, nevermind it's just a game. ahha.

at night we did sharing in a circle.
about family. it was super touching, cried alot.
i was so drained. kept leaning on ber and john.
thanks dears.. (: and anne was so sweet,
sent me a sms HUG ! :D i love you !
alot of people cried. when it came to my turn after a long wait,
was real determined not to cry, so i held ber's hand.
the room was so freaking cold and ber was like,
aiyo why you so cold ? so sweet i felt so warm all of a sudden
cause of her concern. my tears fell la. (x
at first i managed to control, then i started to cry.
so i squeezed ber's hand and held back my tears.
then after a few times of holding back, i couldn't anymore,
ended up crying, stiffling and trying to talk at the same time.
how embarrassing. -shys away but i'm quite surprised that
i actually poured out one long story about my past.
all the memories, i wish they could leave me some day.
but it's hard la. pings dedicated the song CRY to me,
asking me to stay strong and let go. THANK YOU.. :)
after much tears, we went to bathe before sleeping.
so shiok alright cause there's heater ! whoopeedoo ! xD

the next day was even more torture,
okay more like plain TORTUROUS.
each group had a representative
and that person had to be a crippled.
and we had to go through
TWO AND A HALF HOURS of amazing race,
piggy-backing the crippled soul.
and i was that crippled soul. it feels damn bad okay,
having people carrying you around the whole of jurong !
|: like they were so damn tired !
i could feel their sweat dripping down
onto my hands as i clung on,
and their backs turning red and sweaty,
and their hips feeling so strained,
not forgetting the heavy panting ! =X
physical torture for johnson and camillus,
and mental torture for me. :/
felt super bad. many times i wanted to walk barefooted
but the two guys were so damn nice,
didn't want me to hurt myself.
so they persisted and carried me ALL THE WAY till the end.
sorry if i hurt you guys in any way. it was hard i know.

at night, sharing once again.
this time everyone was very strong. -BEAMS
ended with everyone saying a short prayer to god.
it was a very heartwarming session la basically.

final day, quite sad, cause it's time to leave.
DWNA LEAVE ! argh ! the place is like so beautiful,
like a chalet, with all your friends there somemore.
WOW, where can you get another place like that ?!

then there was a balloon sculpting workshop
held by someone who can't teach.
it was the first time i experienced so many balloons bursting.
my poor ears and poor heart. i felt like dying yes ?
ber and wanjin were shocked when they felt my hearbeat.
i was like quite colourless and pings was like are you okay ?
well, i don't really like balloons. haha. i'm scared of them.
yes, i AM this timid.

after breaking camp, ber wanjin me alvan
baldwin gareth shaun went to town tgt.
wanted to watch movies but the time wasn't favourable.
so ended up dining tgt at cine bk !
it was practically a laughing session.

met ronald and kai.
then idiot ronald started making fun of ian.
hmphf. ian's holding a ROSARY mind you !
i got hold of two photos of alvan looking ultra retarded ! :p
YAY i had so much fun. i wish i could replay everything.

DAY CAMP

basically this was the slackest camp i ever had.
the kids were rowdy but not under my control anyway.
haha ! my favourites - shirley and sherwin !
one really cute pair of siblings. :D
and that cool small dayan kid.
he IS quite rude but at least he doesn't fight all day.
all he does is curse quietly to himself under his breath.
so cute la i can't stand it. (x
lea plucked flowers from the drama studio
for mel and i ! very pretty ones with glitter.

and she was horny that day.
even her profile says so. -laughs
mel and i were doing momomonsters with the mics.
hilarious ! fish and lea were like fainting. (:
put my radio on loudspeaker and played with that
funny-faced balloon backstage with mel.
we hid and lazed there all the while ! nice hiding place.
laughed like MAD to the trick me song.
then we watched harry potter and the chamber of secrets.
kids SERIOUSLY have short like shit attention span.
couldn't even sit still throughout such an interesting show !
i fell asleep halfway on martina cause i was so tired. :|
learnt how to play CHOPSTICKS ! fun like nonsense !
was playing over and over until we got so sick of it.
and mel msged me after we separated,
saying it was haunting her ! wahahhs.
oh ya i forgot to mention that mel and i
got caught by lily tan when we were playing games
in the library when supposed to help out.
sheesh. we're just so plain unlucky.
all the more we won't be awarded cip hours. x|
nevermind, mel can come join ycs flag days !
then we bumped into lai as well. foul luck.
she was like lecturing us about our chemistry files ?!
like HELLO ! give us a break ?
ahh well, i'm still not going to hand in anyway.
had doughnuts before going home ! i love sugar ! :)

RETREAT CAMP

haha. finally blogging about this !
it happened like a week ago ?
abit lag but nevermind. (:
it was the first ever thing that
i organised and enjoyed at the same time.
wonderful experience with everyone !
especially HOLY COWS ! -grin
at night chris ber and i were like
totally absolutely crazy in the prayer room. [?]
i know it's not exactly the right place
but yea, we were rolling around and dancing to holy songs !
fun fun fun ! had such a gleeful night.
next morning woke up frozen. :/
then went to bathe somemore !
and the school has no heater. -faints
was screaming in the pe room toilet !
spiritual hour was successful ! -smiles at chris
i know jules loved the emails
and many loved the letter from god. :)
wanjin taught them how to fold their letters into hearts !
and you can see all of them carefully folding. so damn cute !
the letters were offered up during mass by ME !
alot of us mistook the altar boy for a priest. -laughs
great experience all in all, though it was quite tiring.
the response was goooooooooood !
many said they would come again,
if there is ever going to be another retreat camp. :D
YAY our efforts have not gone to waste ! -beams
the worst thing about camp was the food. x)
i don't think there's a need for elaboration.

i can't put you in the past
the past three days were like the most
wonderful experience i ever had ? :)
i'm rather lazy now, tired as well,
but i want to type everything here,
so that i can have it for life,
and relive it by reading this in future.
hahah. tell me i am lame. x)

TERTIARY CAMP
rocks ! really rocks ! i miss it alot !
i miss every single participant,
i miss the toilets, the dorms,
the activity room, the garden,
the canteen.. EVERYTHING.
i want another similar experience,
or possible, even better one !

there were not many participants,
but that served as an advantage.
it made bonding SO MUCH easier. :)
grew closer to quite a few people -
